Ingrenova Project

Ingrenova VirtualBta. 2009 will include the debut of the INGRENOVA project, an initiative which seeks to highlight the efforts being made by companies in the sector. This project will allow Bta. exhibitor companies to present the most innovative intermediate food products (IFPs) of the last three years to the exhibition’s professional visitors. 200 m2 in an exceptional location on the centre aisle of Pavilion 6. A strategic position with maximum visibility which will a focal point for buyers, influencers and the media.

The Ingrenova Committee, made up of IRTA (Catalan acronym for the Agri-Food Research and Technology Institute) and AFCA (Spanish acronym for the Spanish Association of Food Additive Manufacturers and Distributors), CENTA y Tecnifood will be responsible for overseeing and managing the choice of these innovations.

The innovations will be divided into three categories: Functional Innovation, those which bring new heath benefits to foods; Sensory Innovation, those which offer improvements or new organoleptic features which can be perceived by the senses in the areas of appearance, colour, smell, flavour, texture, feel, etc.; and Ingrenova StandTechnological Innovation, those which offer improvements or new food processing and preparation techniques.

Bta. 2009 will provide all participating companies with the distinctive INGRENOVA’09 seal. This can be used by the company and brand to indicate a guarantee of innovation for their product, and may be used on all advertising tools: packaging, website, catalogues, etc.

Another of the aspects of the INGRENOVA project which is of significant interest to participating companies is that they will be able to present their products to attendees through open discussion sessions, allowing them to introduce the qualities, benefits and applications of their item..


Exhibiting at INGRENOVA 2009

IngrenovaParticipating in Ingrenova will offer you significant benefits, enabling you to get the very most out of your investment:

  • You will have a presence within the show’s exhibition area with the greatest visibility in the form of a display case where your new product will be displayed individually, together with an example of the product in use and a fact sheet explaining the benefits and usability of the new item.
  • In the Discussion Area, you have the opportunity to make a 15-20 minute presentation of your new product and your company to a target audience who will attend to learn more about the innovation.
  • All the information about your new ingredient will appear in the Virtual Ingrenova section of the Bta. 2009 website before, during and after the exhibition.
